Partial refunds may be available depending on the progress of your program or project, but once key deliverables have been achieved, refunds are no longer offered due to the substantial value provided.

Below, you’ll find our refund policy covering all services, including life coaching, logo design, website development, branding, and more:

1. Consultation Period

Before starting any service, whether coaching or design-related, we conduct a consultation to ensure that we are the right fit for each other and that the service aligns with your goals. During this consultation, we will discuss your expectations, project scope, timelines, and any concerns you may have.

Example:

If, after the consultation, either party feels that the partnership is not a good match—whether for coaching or design services—no charges will be incurred, and we can part ways amicably.

2. Case-by-Case Refunds

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances surrounding the request. We offer flexibility while protecting the integrity of the work already completed, whether it's coaching sessions or design work such as logo creation or website development.

Example:

If a client experiences a personal emergency and needs to withdraw from a coaching program or stop a design project, we will evaluate how much work has been completed and discuss a fair resolution. This could include a partial refund, a credit for future services, or another mutually agreeable solution.

3. Partial Refunds

If you decide to discontinue the service, whether it’s a coaching program or design work, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress made. We calculate refunds by factoring in the work already completed. Overhead costs, such as administrative work, materials, and time invested, will be deducted from any refund amount.

Example:

If you have completed the first two weeks of a coaching program or if initial drafts of your logo design have been delivered, and you choose to discontinue, we might issue a partial refund after deducting for the work completed. However, if significant progress has been made—such as nearly completing a website design—the refund would be significantly reduced.

4. Non-Refundable Completion Stage

Once we have reached the final stages of a coaching program or design project, refunds will not be available. This is because, by this point, the bulk of the work has been completed, and substantial value has been delivered.

Example:

If we are about to launch your website, finalize your logo, or deliver the final elements of your branding package, no refund will be issued at this stage, as the service has been substantially completed and delivered.

5. Overhead Costs

Any refund issued will first cover overhead costs associated with the work completed, whether it’s coaching or design services. Overhead costs may include administrative tasks, materials, research, preparation, and any resources provided to support your program or project.

Example:

If you’ve paid $800 for a website design and choose to withdraw early in the process due to an emergency of unforeseen circumstances, we would calculate any overhead costs (e.g., $200 for administrative work and $100 for research), and the remaining balance would be eligible for a partial refund of $500, adjusted based on the amount of work completed.

6. Commitment to Your Success

Our goal is to help you succeed, and we value open communication throughout our relationship. Whether you are using our coaching services or design services, we encourage you to reach out if you feel that things are not going as expected. We are committed to finding a solution that works for both parties, whether that’s making adjustments or, in certain cases, discontinuing services and issuing a refund based on the terms above.

Example:

If a client feels their branding project isn’t heading in the right direction after a few iterations, we can discuss potential adjustments or refocus the project. If, after trying to make changes, the client still feels it’s not the right fit, we would consider issuing a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.

7. Full Refund for Unstarted Programs, Coaching, Courses and/or Projects

If you have paid in full or in part for coaching, logo design, website development, branding, or any other service, and the work has yet to begin, you are entitled to a full refund. Usually, work begins within 48 hours of the service request and client approval. You have a 48-hour window to request a full refund. This policy ensures that if unforeseen circumstances arise and no work has been completed, you won’t be locked into a service you can’t use.

Example:

If you’ve paid for a full coaching package, logo design, Branding services, or website development, and an unforeseeable emergency occurs within 48 hours after client confirmation and/or agreement—before any work has started—you will receive a full refund.

8. How do I start the refund process, and how long does it take?

To initiate the refund process, simply contact (Email)> billing with your request, or click HERE to be routed to our Refund Request page. Please provide the details of your service, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting information that may be relevant.

Once we receive your request, we will review it within 1-3 business days. After evaluating the circumstances based on our refund policy, we will notify you via email of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.
